✨ My Story — Meet A’de
Hello beautiful souls — I’m A’de Beckworth.
I’m a Certified Medical Assistant and a Certified Holistic Health Practitioner, and just as importantly, I’m a wife and a mom living this life in real time — not just studying it from the outside.
For over five years, I’ve worked on the clinical side of healthcare, supporting patients in traditional medical settings. That experience gave me a deep understanding of the body, disease processes, and how to navigate the healthcare system with confidence. I’ve seen firsthand how important medical care is — and how powerful it can be when it’s done well.
But I also saw something else.
Every day, patients came in carrying more than physical symptoms. They were overwhelmed, burnt out, anxious, exhausted — trying to hold everything together while quietly falling apart. As a woman, a wife, and a mother myself… I didn’t just see it — I understood it.
Care plans addressed the diagnosis. Medications managed the symptoms.
But many women were still leaving without support for their stress, their lifestyle, their nervous system, or their sense of self.
That’s where things began to shift for me.
Becoming a Certified Holistic Health Practitioner allowed me to go deeper — to look at root causes, not just surface-level symptoms. It gave me tools to support the whole person: mind, body, habits, environment, and emotional wellbeing.
Because true healing isn’t just about what’s happening in the body — it’s about what’s happening around it too.
That’s why I do what I do today.
I help overwhelmed women — especially wives and mothers — bridge the gap between clinical care and holistic healing so they can regulate their nervous system, rebuild confidence, and feel like themselves again.
Not perfectly. Not all at once. But in a way that’s sustainable and real.
🌿 Ade’s Holistic Haven was created from that vision.
A space where healing isn’t rushed.
Where you’re seen as a whole person — not just a chart or a diagnosis.
Where science and holistic practices work together, not against each other.
Where we focus on root causes, while still respecting the role of medical care.
This is a place for you to come back to yourself — gently, honestly, and with support.
Because you deserve to feel well… in your body, your mind, and your life.
